Healthy and Easy Lettuce Wraps

These lettuce wraps are one of those perfect go-to meals when you want something light and satisfying. They come together so fast, require no cooking, and feel fancy enough to serve at a get-together. I usually run to the local fish shop and grab about a pound of sushi grade fish.

You’ve got buttery avocado, crunchy cucumber, sweet mango, and silky sushi-grade tuna all wrapped up in crisp lettuce and topped with a tangy ponzu sesame drizzle. It’s like sushi without the rice, clean, fresh, and seriously delicious.

What Makes It Nutritious?

  • High in omega-3s from tuna, which support heart and brain health
  • Avocado adds healthy fats and fiber
  • Mango and cucumber bring hydration, antioxidants, and a natural sweetness
  • Naturally low in carbs and gluten-free
